Constructs immutable stock temporal-table profiles without exposing a Hibernate vendor implementation.

Select standard(int, int, boolean) for ordinary history-table behavior. Select mysql(int, boolean) only when the complete MySQL partition grammar matches, and compose a provider difference with DelegatingTemporalTableSupport.
