Read-only semantic context for rendering a prefix before a primary table reference.

Hibernate supplies this context to AbstractSqlAstTranslator.renderPrimaryTableReferencePrefix(PrimaryTableReferenceContext). Overrides should inspect it only to choose a prefix and must not retain it.
