Supplies immutable stock catalog and schema lifecycle strategies.

Use standard() for ordinary schema DDL, the Boolean overload when the schema grammar admits existence clauses, none() when neither namespace kind is manageable, and catalogsAsDatabases() for MySQL-style database catalogs.
