- All Implemented Interfaces:
- Serializable, Expression<Boolean>, Predicate, Selection<Boolean>, TupleElement<Boolean>, UnaryOperatorExpression<Boolean>, ExpressionImplementor<Boolean>, ParameterContainer, Renderable, SelectionImplementor<Boolean>, TupleElementImplementor<Boolean>
- public class NullnessPredicate
- extends AbstractSimplePredicate- implements UnaryOperatorExpression<Boolean>, Serializable
Defines a Predicate for checking the
 nullness state of an expression, aka an IS [NOT] NULL predicate.

 The NOT NULL form can be built by calling the constructor and then
 calling AbstractPredicateImpl.not().

NullnessPredicate
public NullnessPredicate(CriteriaBuilderImpl criteriaBuilder,
                         Expression<?> operand)
- Constructs the affirmitive form of nullness checking (IS NULL). To
 construct the negative form (IS NOT NULL) call AbstractPredicateImpl.not()on the
 constructed instance.

- Parameters:
- criteriaBuilder- The query builder from whcih this originates.
- operand- The expression to check.

getOperand
public Expression<?> getOperand()
- Description copied from interface: UnaryOperatorExpression
- Get the operand.

-
- Specified by:
- getOperandin interface- UnaryOperatorExpression<Boolean>

-
- Returns:
- The operand.

registerParameters
public void registerParameters(ParameterRegistry registry)
- Description copied from interface: ParameterContainer
- Register any parameters contained within this query component with the given registry.

-
- Specified by:
- registerParametersin interface- ParameterContainer

-
- Parameters:
- registry- The parameter registry with which to register.

render
public String render(CriteriaQueryCompiler.RenderingContext renderingContext)

- Specified by:
- renderin interface- Renderable

-

renderProjection
public String renderProjection(CriteriaQueryCompiler.RenderingContext renderingContext)
