PersisterClassResolver	Given an entity or collection mapping, resolve the appropriate persister class to use.
PersisterCreationContext	Deprecated. Use RuntimeModelCreationContext instead
PersisterFactory	Contract for creating persister instances (both EntityPersister and CollectionPersister varieties).
